We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our professional beauty team in Sobha Hartland, Dubai. The ideal candidate is confident in performing a wide range of hair services, delivers high-quality results efficiently, and provides exceptional client care in a premium salon environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of hair services, including:
- Coloring (all techniques, including advanced and creative coloring)
- Haircuts (women's cuts, styling, shaping)
- Blow-dries, styling, and event hairstyles
- Complex coloring techniques (balayage, highlights, color correction, etc.)
- Hair extensions (installation and maintenance)
- Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilization of tools after each client
- Ensure a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Deliver quality results while maintaining efficient service timing
- Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and calmly
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a welcoming atmosphere
Professional Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Strong technical skills across multiple hair services and techniques
- Diploma or relevant certifications in hairdressing (required)
- Solid understanding of:
- Hair structure and chemistry
- Color theory and product knowledge
- Chemical and physical processes related to hair treatments
- Trichology knowledge is a strong advantage
- Portfolio required (before-and-after photos, no heavy editing)

- Strong communication skills and ability to understand client needs
- Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude
- Professional appearance and good personal presentation
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and work with complaints professionally
