Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical FM discipline. IWFM Certified.
- 5+ years in Facilities management, minimum.
Task Description:- Responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of the Mechanical Annual Maintenance Plan with the Facilities Management Service Provider (FMS) and its Sub-contractors) in compliance with industry and OEM standards.
- Must also be aware of all electrical requirements to stand in are required.
- Responsible for reviewing training standards for all FMS, hard services staff and providing feedback against industry best practice.
- Responsible for the implementation of the PMS Procedure including observations / NCRs to ensure the FMS is complying with contractual deliverables, SLA's and health, safety and environmental standards, to ensure a continual improvement process is fully embedded.
Contract Scope of works requirements:- Make sure to monitor all maintenance activities for all hard services utilities such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc.
- Making sure that all FM activities are in line with applied HSE standards.
- Reviewing and developing technical proposals and FM solutions that lead to high standards services.
- Ensuring that all facilities and utilities are maintained with high standards.
- Develop continuous improvement plan and best practice strategies to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs and all technical documentation.
- Monitor all on ground activities handled by FM contractor.
- Held responsible for all handed over assets.
