Job Description
- Client is a facilities management operator in KSA seeking resources for the role of FM Consultant, who will serve as the Facility Management Managing Agent (FMMA) for an initial period of five (5) years.
- The FMMA will act on behalf of our client to manage, validate, and continuously optimize FM service delivery across the Special Integrated Logistics Zone.
- This role is strategic and oversight-focused, ensuring alignment between client's FM strategy, operational model, digital systems, and contracted services, rather than being a service provider.
- Hard Services Lead Manager On-Site Riyadh Minimum 5 years experience managing Hard FM services (MEP, utilities, power systems, HVAC, fire life safety) in a multidisciplinary FM environment.
- Strong technical oversight and service provider management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Excellent command of English
