Job Overview
We are looking for a Hard Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facility hard services within a project site.
The role is responsible for supervising technicians across MEP and civil maintenance disciplines, ensuring that maintenance activities are executed efficiently, safely, and according to established operational standards.
The supervisor will coordinate team activities, monitor maintenance performance, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and support the Project Manager in delivering reliable facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hard services operations including MEP and civil maintenance activities.
- Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and foremen, ensuring proper task distribution and workflow management.
- Plan and organize maintenance activities including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective works.
- Ensure timely response and closure of maintenance tickets and operational issues.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Low Current, ICT, and Civil works.
- Prepare work permits, method statements, and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Participate in witnessing commissioning of new installations and systems.
- Analyze operational performance and prepare reports for the Project Manager.
- Propose improvements and corrective actions to enhance maintenance performance and service quality.
