Job Purpose:

The Hardware Junior Engineer supports the design, testing, and validation of electronic hardware systems, including PCB‑based components. The role is suited for early‑career engineers eager to develop hardware development and testing skills within an R&D environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Hardware Design & Development

  • Design and develop hardware products including circuit boards, electronic components, and embedded systems.
  • Ensure designs follow industry standards, internal requirements, and best engineering practices.

Testing & Validation

  • Generate, execute, and maintain hardware testing procedures, quality control documents, and validation records.
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and product validation activities to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across R&D, design, development, and customer support to provide feedback on performance, manufacturability, and system optimization.
  • Support product troubleshooting and improvement cycles.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Years of Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate performance and functionality of hardware products.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure products meet specifications, requirements, and quality standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis for hardware defects and implement corrective and preventive measures.
