Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Core HR, Performance Management, Grow, Opportunity Marketplace, configuration, security, and reporting (OTBI). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement, configure, and support HCM SaaS solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM processes.
- Configure and implement HCM modules including Core HR, Performance Management, Grow, and Opportunity Marketplace.
- Manage system configurations, business rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Configure and maintain role-based security and user access controls.
- Develop and maintain OTBI reports and analytics to support HR operations and decision-making.
- Work with business stakeholders to design and optimize HR processes.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for HCM SaaS applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data integrations and system enhancements.
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support production deployments.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards for HCM implementations.
