Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in reporting and analytics within HCM SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and report development, supporting business reporting needs and delivering data-driven insights. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports and collaborating with functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HCM reports and dashboards.
- Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Work with functional teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Build and optimize data models, queries, and report layouts.
- Develop custom reports, templates, and scheduled reports for HR and business users.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and reporting best practices.
- Provide support for report troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Collaborate with integration and technical teams for data extraction and reporting needs.
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) for reporting solutions.
Requirements
Core Requirements
- 710 years of experience in HCM technical development.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- BI Publisher
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- HCM report development
- Experience in building data models, templates, and scheduled reports.
- Strong understanding of HCM data structures and reporting frameworks.
- Ability to translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with PaaS integrations and data interfaces.
- Knowledge of HCM data extraction and integration frameworks.
