KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning functions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with tax, zakat, and financial regulations applicable to the healthcare sector.
- Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, banks, and financial institutions.
- Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the executive management team.
- Support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and business expansion initiatives.
- Establish and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in the field.
- 8-12 years of experience in accounting or finance.
