Job Description

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning functions.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, zakat, and financial regulations applicable to the healthcare sector.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the executive management team.
  • Support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and business expansion initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in the field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in accounting or finance.
