What Were Looking For

A proven track record of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel or Resort environment in a Bartending role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.

A Bartending Certification or related professional training is preferred.

Extensive knowledge and mastery of a diverse and exhaustive range of Beverages, Cocktail Recipes, and Mixology Techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.

Robust Organisational Skills and Exceptional Multi-Tasking skills to efficiently and accurately Manage Multiple Orders and Prioritise Tasks effectively.

A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.

Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, and Responsible Alcohol Service practices.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.

Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).

Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.

An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions.

A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a Can-Do! Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises and ensures the Meticulous Implementation and continuous assessment of Guest Service Standards, always Setting the Gold Standard in the Industry.

Maintains an effective Bar Service with an emphasis on precision and efficient service, in line with FIVEs First-in-Class service standards.

Showcases an in-depth Knowledge of All Bar Beverages to verify their preparation according to recipe and presentation, as well as Educates FIVE Tribe Members on the Correct Beverage Standard.

Ensures industry-leading FIVER Training Programmes are conducted, enhancing the FIVE Tribe's knowledge and expertise.

Leads an Award-Winning Service Team dedicated to providing Efficient, High-Quality Service that exceeds Guest Expectations.

Sets up the Bar in acccordance with FIVEs per-determined Standards of Operations to optimise Guest Experience, ensuring FIVE-Star service.

Identifies VIP Guests and provides them with Personalised Attention and Service.

Manages a sophisticated Bar Service, offering FIVE-Styled Beverages that Elevate the Guest Experience and Adhere to stringent alcoholic beverage Licensing Regulations.

Champions Compliance with Licensing Regulations and Hotel Procedures pertaining to the Bar, including alcoholic beverage service.

Adheres to FIVEs Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations, and Procedural Standards, ensuring all FIVERs understand and apply them Effectively.

Guarantees an Insta-Worthy Appearance and Uniform Conformity among all FIVE Tribe Members, upholding the Glamorous Image of FIVE.

Meticulously completes all required Administrative Tasks in line with FIVEs Protocols regarding staff management.

Strategically Boosts Revenue and Elevates the Average Spend per Guest through strategic Upselling, extraordinary Customer Service, effective Training, and Motivational Techniques.
