We're looking for a Head Bartender to lead our team in Tattu Sky Pool.
The Role:
- Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
- Inspire your team to deliver the owners vision, to bring a unique and immersive drinking experience to our guests
- You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
- Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in cocktails and beverages
- Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training
- Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
