About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Head Butler to join the resort's Villa Services team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver warm, discreet, Forbeslevel service to all VIP guests.
  • Welcome guests, assist with packing/unpacking, and provide suite orientations.
  • Manage guest preferences, service timings, and special requests.
  • Handle reservations, transportation, and personalized arrangements.
  • Oversee InRoom Dining accuracy, timing, and presentation.
  • Ensure smooth, organized guest departures.

Operations & Suite Readiness

  • Ensure VIP suites and Villa Service areas are fully prepared to luxury standards.
  • Conduct daily suite checks and report issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized, wellstocked pantries and stations.
  • Complete shift reports and communicate followups to management.
  • Lead and mentor Butlers to maintain consistent service excellence.
  • Provide onthejob training and correct deviations from standards.
  • Support scheduling, task allocation, and team performance.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Butlers to maintain consistent service excellence.

  • Uphold grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct across the team.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with Guest Services and all departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Share guest insights to improve operations and service quality.
  • Participate in meetings, briefings, and required training.

Professionalism, Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and adherence to company policies.
  • Support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of luxury hospitality or guest service management experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of butler service experience within a large integrated resort or Forbes Five Star property.
  • Formal butler training or certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, training, and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional grooming, attention to detail, and professional etiquette.
  • Multilingual abilities, with fluency in at least two languages.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
