About the Job
An exciting opportunity to lead kitchen operations for a premium international restaurant brand in Riyadh. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of food quality, consistency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead and train kitchen teams to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and waste management across all kitchen functions.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams and senior management to deliver a premium guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with local food and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support new menu development, seasonal offerings, and innovation in line with brand identity.
Key Ingredients
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in premium or international restaurant concepts.
- Deep understanding of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and international cuisines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in the GCC region is a plus.
