- Develop, test, and standardize high-quality recipes across French and Mediterranean
- Curate distinctive culinary concepts and dining experiences that elevate guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen teams to ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Manage food cost, inventory, supplier relationships, and waste control efficiently.
- Collaborate with management on new openings, menu launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Stay updated on global culinary trends while respecting authentic flavors and techniques.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end fine dining concept restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Arabian, Mediterranean, and International cuisines.
- Demonstrated ability to create original recipes and innovative menus.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse kitchen teams.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and cost-control skills.
- Formal culinary education is preferred.
- Experience working in the Middle East is an advantage.
- Fluency in French is mandatory
