Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef with a passion for international flavors to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of global cuisines to craft exceptional dining experiences that delight a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute diverse menus featuring dishes from global cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, European).
  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Oversee inventory management, food cost control, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Innovate seasonal and special event menus to reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a multicultural or international kitchen.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
  • Deep knowledge of various international cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in kitchen budgeting, inventory, and cost control.

Preferred Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in menu engineering and food styling.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
