Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute diverse menus featuring dishes from global cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, European).
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee inventory management, food cost control, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Innovate seasonal and special event menus to reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a multicultural or international kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Deep knowledge of various international cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in kitchen budgeting, inventory, and cost control.
