Role Overview:
A senior culinary leadership role for an experienced Head Chef to lead a modern Mediterranean dining concept within a luxury branded environment in Saudi Arabia. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong Mediterranean culinary foundations and a modern approach to execution, delivering refined, flavour-driven cuisine with consistent high standards across a high-volume operation serving 200+ guests daily.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations across service periods ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution
- Oversee, mentor, and develop a large kitchen brigade with strong leadership, structure, and performance focus
- Ensure consistent delivery of modern Mediterranean dishes aligned with brand standards and concept direction
- Control food cost, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen productivity to meet operational targets
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety compliance across all kitchen areas
- Drive hands-on service leadership while supporting training, coaching, and team development
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance guest satisfaction, consistency, and operational excellence
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as Head Chef in luxury restaurants, branded concepts, or high-volume premium dining operations
- Strong Mediterranean culinary background with solid knowledge of classic and modern techniques
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-level kitchen brigades
- Solid understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen efficiency systems
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, seven-day operational environment
- International experience within luxury hospitality or branded restaurant groups is highly desirable
- European culinary background preferred
