This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef located in Riyadh. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation, and design innovative menus. Day-to-day tasks include managing kitchen staff, supervising the preparation and presentation of dishes, monitoring food costs and inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaboration with management to maintain excellent service standards and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction is expected.

• Demonstrated experience in menu development, recipe creation, and food styling
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations
• Proven leadership skills, including team management, training, and staff scheduling
• Understanding of cost control, inventory management, and efficient procurement processes
• Expertise in food safety, hygiene compliance, and kitchen health regulations
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary certifications, diploma, or degree in culinary arts is preferred
• Familiarity with international cuisines and current culinary trends is a plus
