We are currently hiring for Head Hostess Professionals across our award-winning Daylife portfolio, including AURA Skypool, TAPASAKE, Bâoli, and Azure Beach.

We are looking for experienced, dynamic, and highly presentable Head Hostesses with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in luxury lifestyle dining, beach clubs, and nightlife venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the hostess team to deliver exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and table allocation to maximise operational efficiency.
• Ensure a warm, professional, and memorable first impression for all guests.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and service teams to optimise guest flow.
• Handle VIP reservations, special requests, and guest concerns professionally.
• Train, coach, and develop the hostess team while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, grooming, and operational procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including 1-2 years in a Head Hostess or Senior Hostess role.
• Previous experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, beach clubs, or lifestyle dining concepts.
• Experience managing reservations using platforms such as Seven Rooms or OpenTable is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
• Fluent in English with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences; additional European languages and previous international experience are an advantage.
