You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be responsible in ensuring that beverage standards in all areas are of exceptional level whilst adhering to Dorchester Collection values and enabling the hotel to achieve the highest levels of standards and serviceTrain, coach, and mentor the bar team, modeling operational excellence and fostering continuous professional development.Drive the quality of the beverage program while actively sharing deep product knowledge with both internal teams and hotel guests.Design innovative, seasonally inspired cocktail programs that reflect current global mixology trends and enhance the hotel's brand identity.Collaborate with the culinary team to develop sophisticated food and beverage pairings for special events, tastings, and VIP guests.Establish relationships with premium vendors to secure exclusive spirits, rare vintages, and high-quality, sustainable local ingredients.Manage inventory control, waste reduction, and portion standards to maximize profitability without compromising on luxury quality.Oversee strict adherence to health, safety, food hygiene, and local liquor licensing regulations across all bar operations.Ensure all specialized bar tools, glassware, and equipment are meticulously maintained and operating at peak efficiency.You will play an integral role in the quality of our beverage offerings and will share their knowledge with our teams and guests alike.Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day.
