Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree is a plus)

Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license

Minimum 5-10 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or leadership roles

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of home healthcare standards, infection control, and patient safety

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases

Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency preferred)
