Job Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Performance Marketing leader to scale new customer growth across UAE and KSA.

This role goes beyond campaign management it requires ownership of prospecting strategy across channels, disciplined retargeting, and strong commercial judgment on acquisition efficiency.

The ideal candidate understands how acquisition connects to overall business performance, is confident making trade-offs, and can defend investment decisions with data-driven reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth & Commercial Ownership
  • Deliver new customer acquisition targets across UAE and KSA.
  • Maintain healthy blended CAC and protect payback periods.
  • Analyse cohort profitability and identify which customer segments drive sustainable value.
  • Make budget allocation decisions based on incrementality and true impact not platform-reported ROAS alone.
  • Ensure acquisition strategy is aligned with onsite performance, CRM initiatives, influencer activity, and broader commercial plans.

Channel Management

  • Hands-on expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, and Affiliate channels.
  • Scale prospecting effectively across platforms.
  • Apply disciplined retargeting strategies with a strong understanding of cannibalization risks.
  • Continuously test and explore new channels rather than relying on a fixed playbook.
  • Manage third-party agencies and partners with strong accountability.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning tracking accuracy and attribution logic (GA4, GTM, pixels, server-side setups).
  • Identifying signal loss and data inconsistencies.
  • Running incrementality tests and challenging inflated ROAS metrics.
  • Making budget decisions based on true business impact.
  • Leading paid managers, analysts, and agency partners.

Experience

  • 610+ years in performance marketing or customer acquisition.
  • Proven experience scaling multi-channel paid acquisition.
  • Experience managing blended CAC and payback metrics.
  • Experience running incrementality tests.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Affiliates.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  • Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen.
  • Deep understanding of attribution models and measurement frameworks.
