We are seeking a Head of Agile Delivery to lead large-scale digital delivery for a major application in KSA. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will own the end-to-end delivery of new features and capabilities across 10 cross-functional product and technology squads, within a 150200 person technology delivery organisation.
The role leads delivery through senior Product Owners, partnering closely with Technology, Architecture, and PMO functions to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery across multiple squads, ensuring alignment to the master plan and strategic priorities
- Lead, coach, and govern Product Owners accountable for day-to-day squad delivery
- Provide hands-on technical delivery leadership with full ownership of the SDLC (not a checklist role)
- Own day-to-day release management, aligning scope, sequencing, and quality across squads
- Act as a strategic delivery partner to the PMO, aggregating work and aligning to enterprise governance
- Represent delivery in business and executive reviews, providing clear, outcome-focused reporting
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs across a complex delivery landscape
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, cadence, and performance
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-squad Agile delivery within complex organisations
- Strong background in technical project and product delivery across the full SDLC
- Experience leading Product Owners or equivalent delivery leadership roles
- Comfortable operating within a PMO-governed environment while enabling rapid delivery
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills
