We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Head of Application Department to provide end-to-end leadership for our Oracle Fusion ecosystem. This role is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous optimization of our Oracle Cloud (Fusion) platforms. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, adept at overseeing complex programs, troubleshooting critical issues, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Program Management:
Provide strategic direction for the entire Oracle Fusion application portfolio (SCM, Financials, HCM).
Lead and oversee Oracle Cloud SCM and Financials initiatives as a Program Director, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure.
Manage Oracle Cloud HCM Applications consulting projects, ensuring delivery against objectives and timelines.
Lead internal program development and implementation to enhance departmental capabilities and effectiveness.
Functional Implementation & Support:
Oracle SCM & Financials: Utilize deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and SCM modules, ensuring a strong understanding of integrated processes.
Oracle HCM: Implement and support Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, HR Operations, and Talent Management.
Design, configure, and maintain Business Process Management (BPM) workflows to streamline business processes and approvals.
Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management:
Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, conducting root cause analysis.
Act as the primary point of contact for external Oracle providers to manage support and resolve critical issues.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions, integrations, and reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
15 years of comprehensive IT experience, including 10 years in Oracle ERP implementations and 5 years leading Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SCM/Financials initiatives as a Program Director or Principal Consultant.
Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle Cloud HCM Applications consulting projects.
Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
Strong understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and their integration with Financials.
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Management).
Demonstrated experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining Business Process Management (BPM) workflows.
Proven experience in dealing with external Oracle providers for support and issue resolution.
