Head of Asset Management

Hays is partnering with an investment firm which is newly established in Saudi Arabia that is looking to appoint a Head of Asset Management.

Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the structuring, launch, and management of Private Equity and Real Estate funds. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board to drive product development, manage investor relationships, and ensure full regulatory compliance across all funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and CMA approval process for new investment funds
• Draft and review Fund Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) in Arabic
• Oversee the lifecycle of active funds including compliance, NAV validation, and investor reporting
• Collaborate with the Board on new product development and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Valid CME-1 and CME-4 certifications (mandatory)
• Minimum 7 years of Asset Management experience in Saudi Arabia
• Proven track record launching funds from CMA submission through to close
• Ability to independently draft and review fund documentation in Arabic
• Strong knowledge of CMA regulations
