Role Objective

We are looking for an experienced Head of B2B Sales / B2B Managers Team Lead who will be responsible for:

  • Driving measurable sales results
  • Managing and scaling a B2B sales team
  • Ensuring existing B2B managers consistently deliver performance

This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, execution, and coaching.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Growth
  • Lead, manage, and develop existing B2B sales managers
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new B2B managers as the team grows
  • Build a clear team structure (Junior / Senior B2B Managers)
Sales Planning & KPIs
  • Define monthly and quarterly sales plans per manager
  • Set and monitor KPIs:
  • Corporate meetings booked
  • Proposals sent
  • Deals closed
  • Ensure accountability and performance tracking
Sales Process & Execution
  • Implement and control a standardized B2B sales process
  • (Lead Qualification Proposal Closing)
  • Oversee sales scripts, pitch decks, and proposals
  • Control pricing discipline and discount approvals
Coaching & Performance Management
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to B2B managers
  • Review sales calls, meetings, and negotiations
  • Support objection handling and closing strategies
CRM & Reporting
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and pipeline management
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Prevent empty or unrealistic pipelines
Strategic & Market Input
  • Maintain strong knowledge of BMCC's training portfolio
  • Analyze corporate needs and market trends
  • Provide strategic feedback to management
Complex Deals & Support
  • Participate in high-value or complex corporate negotiations
  • Support B2B managers in enterprise-level discussions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales leadership (team lead, sales manager, or head of sales)
  • Strong background in corporate services, training, consulting, or professional services
  • Experience managing sales targets, KPIs, and pipelines
  • Ability to coach and develop sales professionals
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working with UAE / international markets is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
