As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to establish mylo as a market leader in the fintech space. Your role will entail crafting compelling brand narratives, driving brand equity, and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated brand marketing strategies that align with the company's mission and goals
- Oversee all brand communications, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Lead the creative direction for brand campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-impact content
- Monitor brand performance metrics and consumer insights to iterate and optimize strategies
- Manage and allocate the brand marketing budget effectively, tracking ROI and performance
- Foster a deep understanding of the target audience and competitive landscape to inform branding initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure brand alignment across all customer interactions
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Build and lead a high-performing brand marketing team, providing mentorship and support to drive professional growth
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong experience in the fintech or related industries, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and brand positioning
- Demonstrated creative and analytical skills with experience managing multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and methodologies, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives
