Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Brokerage Division, located in Kuwait City. The individual will oversee and manage the brokerage operations, lead strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings, collaborate with various teams to improve client satisfaction, and ensure compliance with CMA regulations. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, managing relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue generation, leading the team effectively, and identifying opportunities for expanding services in the OTC market and securities-based crowdfunding.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills with experience in managing brokerage or financial services operations
• In-depth knowledge of OTC markets, brokerage services, and securities-based crowdfunding
• Proficiency in business development, relationship management, and client engagement strategies
• Familiarity with CMA regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies to meet business objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
• Experience in the financial technology or digital trading sector is an added advantage
