Reports to: Founders and CEO

Compensation: salary+ uncapped commission + equity

About ClearSplit

ClearSplit is the AI-native financial infrastrcuture for short-term rental businesses. Owner statements, reconciliation, and compliance reporting, the back-office work that eats an operator's month, automated end to end.

We're live across 1,000 properties in 12 markets, processing roughly $100M in annualized transaction volume, with a marketplace partnership with Hostaway. We're building toward our seed round.

Our founding team combines operator credibility (our CEO scaled his own STR portfolio before building this) with deep technical and product experience (our Chief AI & Product Officer previously held roles at Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Deliveroo). We're advised by some of the largest property management operators in the Middle East, Europe, and the US.

The Role

All revenue at ClearSplit to date has come through founder-led sales. This role takes that over and turns it into a repeatable commercial engine.

You will:

  • Own the pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, close. Short cycles, real velocity.
  • Sell to STR operators and property managers: across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, and Europe typically founder-to-founder or to heads of operations/finance.
  • Build the PMS partnership channel: Hostaway is live; Guesty, Avantio, and others are open ground.
  • Represent ClearSplit at STR industry events worldwide and turn that presence into pipeline.
  • Write the playbook: the scripts, the objection handling, the qualification framework, that a BDR team will run on as we scale post-seed.
  • Feed product: you'll be closest to the customer, and what you hear shapes the roadmap.

What we're looking for

Required

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales/BD, with a track record of consistently hitting or beating quota
  • Experience selling into SMB or mid-market with short sales cycles, you're comfortable with volume and velocity, not just six-month enterprise dances
  • You've done real outbound, not just worked inbound leads
  • Comfortable operating without a playbook, a marketing team, or brand recognition
  • Full commercial autonomy, you can run a deal from cold to signature alone

Strongly preferred

  • Domain knowledge in short-term rentals, hospitality tech, proptech, or fintech
  • Experience in the GCC market and/or an existing network among property managers
  • You've been an early commercial hire at a startup before and know what that actually costs

Not required

  • A specific degree
  • Experience with any particular CRM
