Head of Business Development

An investment firm based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead capital raising and investor relations for a Private Equity Real Estate Fund.

This senior role will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategy, building institutional and private investor relationships, and driving capital growth across the GCC and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising from institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs
• Develop and manage the investor pipeline
• Prepare and deliver investment presentations
• Negotiate and close capital commitments
• Represent the firm at industry events

Requirements

• 812+ years of experience in private equity real estate, real estate funds, or capital raising
• Proven track record of raising capital for investment funds
• Strong network within the GCC investment community
• Ability to operate independently in a senior leadership capacity
