Building on growth across North America and Europe, WiredScore launched in KSA in October 2022 as part of its global expansion plan. It has since expanded its regional footprint with its launch in the UAE, Qatar, and Egypt. The business has gathered strong momentum over the past three years, with over 300 buildings now certified or undergoing certification by WiredScore in the MENA region.
Opportunity
As part of WiredScore's continued growth in the Middle East, we are looking for a Head of Business Development, KSA to scale and strengthen our presence in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting into the Director of Middle East & India, this role will be based in Saudi Arabia with regular travel as required. This is a senior individual contributor role for a commercially driven leader who is excited by ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to grow into broader regional responsibility over time.

- Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers at the Kingdom's most influential real estate organisations
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business development and sales for the Saudi Arabian market, from initial prospecting through to deal closure. This includes but is not limited to:
- Identifying and prospecting target developers, landlords, asset owners and master planners
- Setting and leading meetings with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Conducting effective discovery to understand client challenges, objectives and opportunities
- Clearly articulating WiredScore's value proposition in a Saudi context
- Closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals to drive adoption of WiredScore and SmartScore certifications
Build and scale WiredScore's channel partner ecosystem in KSA by
- Recruiting, enabling and managing a strong network of WiredScore Accredited Professionals
- Working closely with partners to generate leads and co-sell certifications
- Ensuring partners are equipped to represent and deliver WiredScore effectively
- Driving meaningful partner-originated revenue as part of the overall sales mix
Grow market awareness and advocacy for WiredScore by
- Building strategic relationships with real estate firms, brokerages, industry bodies and key influencers
- Engaging with government-linked entities and giga-project stakeholders where appropriate
- Representing WiredScore on panels and at industry events
- Positioning WiredScore as the standard for digital connectivity and smart buildings in Saudi Arabia
Client and internal collaboration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping ensure buildings are positioned to meet modern occupier needs
- Collaborate closely with Client Success, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure strong delivery and client outcomes
- Share market insight to inform regional strategy and global initiatives
Key attributes we're looking for in a candidate
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a direct revenue-generating role, with a track record of delivering results
- Must speak Arabic and English to a professional level
- Strong experience within the Saudi Arabian private real estate market, with an established senior network.
- Experience working with industry associations and local government to create awareness and evangelise the opportunity space
- Demonstrated success as a hunter, comfortable with high levels of prospecting and deal ownership
- Executive presence and the ability to represent WiredScore with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of property market dynamics and active curiosity about market trends
- Highly independent, self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Both action-oriented and strategic, able to identify opportunities, craft an approach and execute effectively
