Job Description

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

To lead the Centralized Demand Management function by setting the required standards, supervise and monitor all types of demands going to the Business Technology, and provide the required reports to support management decision making.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Ensure alignment of the bank demand requests with the Strategy
  • Ensure all demand types have a proper definition of business cases
  • Monitor the realization of the benefits after the delivery
  • Development of standardized polices, processes, and templates for demand management
  • Ensure fair distribution of Business Technology capacity across all divisions and types of demand
  • Enforce continuous improvements of the standards
  • Work closely with Business Technology on planning business demand
  • Ensure the availability of proper reports to management for better decision making
  • Work closely with business and Business Technology to solve issues related to planning and prioritization
  • Represents the function and actively contributes in various committees/meetings (internal and external) as applicable and per authority levels in order to ensure relevant matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensures all staff have clear objectives and relevant KPI's, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans, with particular emphasis on the development of Saudi nationals
  • Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
  • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Management, MIS, or IT

Minimum Experience:

8-10 years of experience in IT, Demand, and Project Management

Language:

English: Fluent
