We are actively looking for a Head of Commercial to join our Commercial team,
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with company goals.
Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams.
Drive revenue growth through pricing, partnerships, and strategic deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide decision-making.
Manage the department's budget and ensure profitability targets are met.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain.
Use customer insights to enhance experience and drive product positioning.
Provide regular reports to executive management on commercial performance.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
10+ years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in hypermarkets or electronics retail.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
Solid financial and analytical skills.
Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
