What will you be doing
Building the provider acquisition engine
Designing onboarding workflows and SOPs
Converting freemium providers to paid subscription
Tracking CAC, LTV, churn and activation
Identifying the right channels to reach decision makers
Scaling supply before building a team underneath you
What do you need
Experience in a marketplace, aggregator or platform business
Strong understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models
Experience scaling supply, vendors or partners
Confidence working in an early stage startup
Ability to operate hands on while thinking strategically
