Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Head of Compliance. The Head of Compliance will oversee and manage regulatory compliance efforts, establish and maintain compliance policies and procedures, and act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies. Responsibilities include monitoring operational practices, developing compliance programs, conducting internal audits, and ensuring conformity with industry regulations and legal standards. The role requires the ability to analyze regulatory developments and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and ability to interpret regulatory frameworks
• Proficient in identifying and managing risks through effective compliance policies
• Outstanding Analytical Skills for evaluating compliance processes and identifying gaps
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex compliance challenges effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS) are a plus
• Proven experience in a senior compliance role, preferably within financial services or crypto sector
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape in the UAE is highly desirable
