Job Description

Role Summary:

The Head of Corporate Compliance is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing AD Airports corporate compliance framework. The role ensures adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory obligations. It provides independent second-line oversight, promotes a culture of integrity, and safeguards AD Airports reputation and stakeholder trust.

  • Proven expertise in compliance management across various regulations and industries.
  • Strong background in business improvement, driving efficiency and compliance initiatives.
  • Strong people and interpersonal management skills. Experience in managing, coaching and developing the team of compliance professionals.
  • Experience in financial management, overseeing budget allocation for compliance programs.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, aligning compliance goals with organizational priorities
  • Hands-on experience in program management, overseeing the development and implementation of compliance programs
  • Ability to analyze compliance challenges and developing practical, actionable solutions.
  • Ability to conduct thorough and impartial investigations and presenting findings clearly.
  • Strong ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, technical writing skills
  • Strong ability to develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies and plan
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex regulations.

Experience, Education and Qualification:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Compliance, with at least 6 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Law, or a related field (preferably master's degree).
  • Certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified AML Specialist or any other internationally recognized certificate in the field of compliance management (desirable).
