The Head of Data & Analytics is a senior yet hands-on role within one of companys fast
growing divisions, supporting a portfolio of events across multiple sectors and
geographies. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this position ensures that data is
structured, governed and translated into insights that drive marketing effectiveness and
business growth.
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data governance
- roles, preferably within a marketing or B2B environment.
- Proven experience in data taxonomy design, data standards implementation, and
- data hygiene management.
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate insights from email and CRM
- performance data, eg. Lead generation funnels, ROI analysis etc.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or GA4, and the ability to
- define meaningful dashboards (not build them).
- Excellent communicator with ability to translate technical details into clear,
- business-relevant insights with stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced working cross-functionally.
