Develop the Enterprise Data Quality Management Strategy.
Participate in the Enterprise Information & Data Strategy.
Participate in the Enterprise Data as Assets Strategy.
Responsible for Development & implementation of the Enterprise Data Quality policies, procedures and controls covering all Sources of data, Data Warehouse and Operational Data.
Manage the day-to-day activities to ensure that data quality activities are executed and applied as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
Oversee the Profiling activities of all new data sources to discover quality patterns.
Manage the activities of producing the regular data quality profiling reports.
Direct the analysis of the data quality profiling reports and promote the necessary actions.
Manage applying the relevant data quality dimensions.
Oversee the activities of creating required data quality rules & controls.
Ensure the Data Quality Profiling and error detection activities are effective, efficient to address the demand.
Direct the Proactively discovery of the quality issues and notify relevant stakeholders.
Manage the data quality repository.
Review data quality issues & incidents raised by data quality detection unit.
Manage the activities of root cause analysis for all types of quality issues.
Management the Creation of remediation and corrective actions plan.
Oversee the execution of the remediation plan after obtaining required business approval across relevant operational systems.
Assess and identify opportunities in the market to enrich and improve the organizational data.
Manage the associated prevention activities based on the root cause analysis done by remediation unit.
Direct preventive action plans based on the result of root cause analysis reports.
Oversee executing the preventive action plans by introducing required changes to business processes and operational systems.
Ensure preventive data quality measures are established in the identified data source systems.
Review and approve data quality controls throughout all sources of data and ensure data quality rules are adequate and reusable.
Ensure that data quality prevention policies & controls are followed and applied across all new changes and projects.
Build the knowledge of Data Quality Management across the Organization.
Direct & guide the subordinates on how to play the role of Enterprise Data Quality Management on all levels.
Manages the effective achievement of Enterprise Data Quality Unit objectives through the leadership of the Enterprise Data Quality Unit – setting individual objectives, recruiting qualified staff, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and division performance.
Assess the impact of introduced changes to people, process and systems and develop relevant communication and awareness initiatives to support the effective implementation of change.
Represent the function and actively contribute in various committees/meetings (internal and external) as applicable and per authority levels in order to ensure relevant matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet the bank and department requirements, policies and standards.
Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Management System or Computer Science with preferably Master degree in MIS.
8–10 years relevant experience in Data & Information Management in banking.
6–8 years experience in data quality management.
4–6 years experience in management in general.
Language: English: Advanced

Outstanding overall Banking Knowledge.
Strong generic Data Management Background.
In depth knowledge of Data Quality processes and best practice.
