Job Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the digital HCM strategy aligned with organizational and HCM transformation goals.
- Govern the architecture, roadmap, and lifecycle of all HCM systems including SuccessFactors, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, and HCM analytics.
- Lead the design, implementation, rollout, and support of SuccessFactors modules such as:
-Employee Central (EC)
-Payroll (ECP)
-Recruitment & Onboarding
-Performance & Goals
-Compensation
-SAP Concur
- Manage endtoend system upgrades, release management, regression testing, and tenant strategy.
- Ensure system configuration, permissions, workflows, and data model integrity meet business needs.
- Drive adoption of digital HCM tools through training, enablement, and changemanagement activities.
- Oversee daily operations, incident management, SLAs, and vendor coordination with SAP and system integrators.
- Monitor and address integration issues across ERP and downstream systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as automation, process optimization, reducing manual work, and improving employee experience.
- Manage a team of functional consultants, application analysts, and technical support staff.
- Define performance metrics, development plans, and coaching for team members.
- Oversee vendor resources and ensure quality of deliverables.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 8+ years total experience in HCM technology or applications.
- 5+ years hands-on SuccessFactors experience in implementation, support, or solution design.
- Experience leading End-to-End implementations of Employee Central and at least two additional modules.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes (hiretoretire), talent management, compensation, performance, and workforce administration.
- Experience working with HCM Centers of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Rewards).
- Experience managing integrations between SuccessFactors and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA / Oracle Fusion).
- Knowledge of integration tools such as:
- SAP Integration Suite / CPI
- APIs, SFTP, OData
- Proven experience managing crossfunctional teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Ability to run RFPs, evaluate vendors, and manage enterprise-level HCM digital programs.
