Head of Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end delivery and ownership of mission-critical enterprise platforms (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, CRM, ECM, Project & Construction Management).
• Strategy, implementation, upgrades, and live operations for large-scale Oracle, Microsoft and cloud-based ecosystems.
• High-performing application development, support and helpdesk teams.
• Executive-level collaboration with Finance, HR, Procurement, Projects, Audit, Facilities and Strategy.
• Vendor strategy, technology sourcing, contracts and delivery governance.
• Cross-platform integration, data flow and application lifecycle governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a relevant field.
• MBA or PMP is preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise technology, with strong people-leadership experience.
• Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional ERP/CRM programs (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management and budgeting expertise.
• A leader who bridges business strategy and technology execution.
