We're looking for a strategic, execution-focused leader to drive the evolution of our global customer service experience. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end service journey—building scalable capabilities, optimizing cost and efficiency, and delivering measurable impact.

What You'll Do

1. Drive Performance Excellence

  • Own key outcomes across cost, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Ensure initiatives are implemented with strong follow-through and deliver visible, measurable, and scalable results.

2. Lead Cross-Functional Execution

  • Manage complex, cross-team projects across Product, CE Operations, and Regional teams.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities and targets, allocate resources effectively, manage trade-offs, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Act as the owner of execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered with speed and quality.

What We are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 10+ years of experience in product operations, strategy, or service operations
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and root cause analysis (SQL proficiency preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive execution in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is mandatory
