Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Advise CEO and Board on financial planning and risk management
- Support capital structuring, fundraising, and investor reporting
- Drive financial discipline across all entities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure timely consolidation of multi-entity financials
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls
- Ensure accuracy of management accounts and board reporting
- Lead annual budgeting process across all business units
- Develop rolling forecasts and cash flow projections
- Monitor performance against budget and advise on corrective actions
- Manage global cash flow and liquidity planning
- Oversee banking relationships across jurisdictions
- Optimize working capital and capital allocation
- Monitor FX exposure and cross-border fund flows
- Ensure compliance with global statutory requirements based on each jurisdiction
- Oversee coordination with external auditors and tax advisors
- Ensure compliance with applicable international regulatory frameworks (EG, UK, US, UAE if applicable)
- Ensure proper accounting treatment of intercompany transactions
- Manage ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Standardize financial processes across entities
Candidate Profile
- 815+ years experience in finance leadership roles
- Experience managing multi-entity / international structures
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Strong understanding of tax and compliance frameworks
- Exposure to UK / US / UAE financial structures preferred
- Experience supporting investor reporting or fundraising is a plus
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
