We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Head of Finance to lead the full financial strategy, governance, and operational finance functions across our real estate divisions (secondary, off-plan, and corporate). The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, advanced financial expertise, and proven leadership capabilities to support the company's growth and maintain financial excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning across all business units.
- Manage the finance team with clear responsibilities, KPIs, performance reviews, and strong internal controls.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of commissions, payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Maintain payout dashboards and standardize workflows to eliminate delays and errors.
- Review and enhance finance processes, recommend automation, and coordinate with HR, CRM, and systems teams.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, payroll, petty cash, cashflow forecasts, and ensure complete financial accuracy.
- Finalize historical financial data, prepare monthly accounts, shared expenses, VAT filings, and corporate tax submissions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost optimization, and provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations including VAT, Corporate Tax, AML, ESR, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Collaborate with HR, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to streamline commission processes and financial workflows.
- Support leadership with financial modelling, scenario planning, and business performance reporting.
- Represent the company with banks, auditors, regulators, and external partners as the financial authority.
Requirements:
- 1015 years of relevant finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Professional financial certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA are preferred.
- Prior experience in the UAE real estate industry (secondary and off-plan) is strongly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE taxation (Corporate Tax, VAT), financial compliance, and real estate commission structures.
- Strong command of financial systems, automation tools, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage deadlines, and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
