As we continue to grow and launch new projects, we are looking for a Head of Financial Analysis to join our team.
Role Overview
The Head of Financial Analysis will lead internal financial analytics across the company's development and real estate projects. This is a strategic, in-house role focused on project feasibility, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the internal financial analysis function for development and real estate projects
- Build and manage financial models for project feasibility, cash flow, IRR, NPV, and ROI analysis
- Analyze project budgets, cost structures, and timelines; identify risks and optimization opportunities
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for senior leadership
- Monitor actual performance vs. forecasts and explain variances
- Support investment decisions, land acquisitions, and new project launches
- Collaborate closely with finance, development, sales, and executive teams
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of internal financial analytics
Requirements
- 57 years of overall experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate or development companies
- Proven experience working within the UAE is strongly preferred
- Experience in internal financial analytics (not external consulting or audit-focused roles)
- Strong understanding of real estate development economics and project finance
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Fluent English and Russian are required
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly
- Strategic mindset with high attention to detail
