We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Food Service to lead the development and execution of our Food Service strategy across the Qatar market. This role will be responsible for accelerating growth across the Food Service channel, building strong strategic partnerships while identifying new opportunities to expand distribution and brand presence.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with deep channel insight, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply teams to deliver sustainable growth. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for shaping the long-term Food Service agenda, driving customer engagement, and unlocking new revenue streams within a dynamic and fast-growing FMCG environment.
How will you make an impact in this role;
- Define and lead a multiyear Food Service sales strategy, translating company ambitions into clear priorities and execution plans for the channel.
- Own the Food Service forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and visibility to support business planning and decisionmaking.
- Set and deliver financial targets for the Food Service team in line with overall company objectives and growth ambitions.
- Establish and enforce sales policies, governance, and procedures, ensuring full compliance across the channel.
- Lead, develop, and engage the Food Service team, partnering with HR to build a strong, highperformance, and valuesled culture.
- Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements with distributors, ensuring sustainable and profitable partnerships.
- Play an active role in defining and delivering NPD initiatives, working crossfunctionally to drive successful launches in the Food Service channel.
- Act as a key member of the Qatar management team, contributing to broader market strategy, leadership discussions, and business decisions.
What will make you successful in this role;
You bring a strong track record of sales and commercial leadership within FMCG, with strong understanding to the Food Service channel. You are highly effective working crossfunctionally to manage and grow strategic customer and distributor partnerships, translating customer insight into growthdriving JBPs and commercial plans. You demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical rigour, and the ability to commercialise category, menu, and operator insights into tangible results, delivering both brand and category growth. Known as a confident communicator and strategic decisionmaker, you combine customer penetration capability with the ability to lead and influence within a matrix organisation, showing resilience, personal impact, and strong planning and execution discipline.
