Job Description

As a Head of Global Sales you will play a critical role in leading our international sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in software product sales, a robust network within the UAE forex and finance industry, and the ability to operate autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced environment.

You will:

  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy.
  • Lead, manage and scale a multi-regional sales team.
  • Identify and open new markets, client segments and partnership opportunities to drive business expansion.
  • Work closely with marketing, compliance, product, and customer support to ensure a holistic and compliant sales approach.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Report regularly to the management on sales performance, opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of global FX markets, trading platforms and client behaviour.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the FX or Financial Services industry in the UAE.
  • Experience in leading international sales teams and expanding into MENA markets.
  • Results-oriented go getter with a hands-on approach.
  • High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to excel in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Arabic is preferred
  • At least 2 years minimum tenure as Head of Sales/Country Manager or Senior Sales within the brokerage in the UAE
  • Ability to work onsite (Jumeirah Lake Tower, Dubai)
