Role overview
Elchai Group is seeking a Head of Growth and Marketing to lead and scale all marketing activities across the group, with Nodalum as the flagship product but responsibility extending to all current and future products.
This role goes beyond digital marketing. You will own brand, growth, performance, content, partnerships, positioning, lifecycle, go to market strategy, and experimentation, while continuously researching, testing, and implementing new marketing technologies, channels, and methodologies.
What you will own
- Group wide marketing and growth strategy
- Brand positioning and messaging across all products
- Full funnel ownership from awareness to retention and referral
- Digital and non digital marketing channels
- Performance marketing, SEO, GEO, and AEO
- Content, PR, partnerships, and community initiatives
- Go to market strategy for new product launches
- Conversion optimization and customer experience
- Lifecycle, retention, and revenue expansion
- Analytics, attribution, and reporting
- Continuous research, testing, and adoption of new tools and technologies
Key responsibilities
Strategy and leadership
- Define the overall marketing and growth strategy for the group
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
- Prioritize initiatives across products based on impact
- Build scalable marketing processes and systems
Acquisition and awareness
- Manage digital channels such as paid media, SEO, social, and marketplaces
- Manage non digital channels such as partnerships, events, PR, and strategic collaborations
- Identify and test new channels and distribution opportunities
SEO, GEO, and AEO
- Own search visibility across traditional and AI driven search engines
- Optimize for answer engines, AI summaries, and conversational discovery
- Work with technical teams on site architecture, performance, and schema
Brand and positioning
- Develop and maintain strong, credible brand positioning
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Support enterprise, partner, and investor facing communication
Conversion and experience
- Optimize websites, onboarding, pricing, and customer journeys
- Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics
Lifecycle and retention
- Build onboarding, engagement, win back, and retention programs
- Support cross sell and upsell initiatives
Research and innovation
- Continuously research emerging marketing technologies and trends
- Test and implement new tools, platforms, and methodologies
- Introduce AI assisted workflows and automation where valuable
Data and analytics
- Define tracking frameworks and KPIs
- Own dashboards and reporting
- Ensure data driven decision making
Collaboration and execution
- Work closely with CTO, IT, AI, and product teams
- Align marketing with sales for B2B initiatives
- Manage internal resources and external partners
Who you are
- A strong marketing and growth generalist with execution depth
- Comfortable across brand, performance, product, and go to market
- Curious, fast learning, and proactive in adopting new technologies
- Able to research, test, and implement independently
- Data driven but commercially minded
- Comfortable working in a fast moving, technical environment
Required experience
- Proven experience leading marketing and growth for tech or digital companies
- Experience across multiple marketing disciplines, not only digital
- Strong understanding of SaaS and platform business models
- Experience working with technical teams
- Track record of measurable impact
