Role Description

You are the Head of Growth at ChadWallet, working directly with the CEO.

Our team came from Bybit ($2B+ in ARR), Blur (the largest NFT marketplace on Ethereum, valued at $1B) and Thirdweb (the No. 1 Agent infrastructure in crypto, backed by Coinbase and Haun Ventures). We had successful exits from $1B to $100B: token launches, acquisitions and IPO.

We would love to have a Head of Growth joining our small team, develop strategic partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and community leaders across the US to drive new user acquisition and trading activity.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the crypto ecosystem.
• Possess a strong understanding of US market dynamics, with an existing network in the crypto or digital community.
• Are entrepreneurial, result-driven, and capable of navigating ambiguity and adapting strategies based on market response.
• Have hands-on experience executing growth strategies and working cross-functionally.
