Head of Hospitality Development

This role is intentionally focused on a few units today, with scope expanding as new brands are added.

We are looking for someone ambitious, commercially sharp, and operationally strong who wants to build, not just manage.

What You'll Own:

-Full P&L responsibility

-Drive growth, margins, throughput, and programming

-Lead the re-conceptualisations and turnarounds

-Act as the day-to-day operating lead, working closely with the Founder

-Help shape and launch future hospitality brands over time

Who This Is For :

-A strong cluster GM ready for bigger responsibility

-A senior project manager from a brand-led hospitality group

-Someone who understands growth, turnaround, and brand integrity

-Comfortable owning outcomes before scale, not after

Experience:

810+ years in hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or lifestyle venues

Proven P&L ownership

Experience with complex, high-energy venue

Founder-led or entrepreneurial environment exposure preferred
