Head of HR Elevate Talent in a Luxury Consumer Goods Company

Required Skills:
  • Proven senior HR leadership experience within luxury consumer goods, premium brands, or a similarly people-centric industry
  • Demonstrated success managing HR operations for a corporate or Head Office environment
  • Extensive experience designing and executing large-scale Learning & Development programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
  • Strategic mindset with excellent execution capability
  • High emotional intelligence, credibility with senior leadership, and strong discretion
  • Data-driven approach to HR and L&D metrics
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working with multi-site or international teams
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches
  • Certification in HR, L&D, or related fields
  • Background in employer branding and talent attraction strategies
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Relevant professional HR or Learning & Development certifications
  • Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, with substantial exposure to luxury or premium consumer goods environments

  • Ability to operate confidently both strategically and hands-on
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners
