Required Skills:
- Proven senior HR leadership experience within luxury consumer goods, premium brands, or a similarly people-centric industry
- Demonstrated success managing HR operations for a corporate or Head Office environment
- Extensive experience designing and executing large-scale Learning & Development programs
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
- Strategic mindset with excellent execution capability
- High emotional intelligence, credibility with senior leadership, and strong discretion
- Data-driven approach to HR and L&D metrics
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with multi-site or international teams
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches
- Certification in HR, L&D, or related fields
- Background in employer branding and talent attraction strategies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Relevant professional HR or Learning & Development certifications
- Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, with substantial exposure to luxury or premium consumer goods environments
