We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead the people strategy for a growing hospitality business. This role will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing, service-driven culture, supporting business growth, and ensuring best-in-class HR practices across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters
- Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead recruitment strategy to attract top talent across front-line and corporate roles
- Strengthen employer brand within the hospitality market
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience
Employee Experience & Culture
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Champion company values and service excellence
Learning & Development
- Design and implement training programs focused on leadership, service standards, and operational excellence
- Support career progression and succession planning across the business
Performance & Rewards
- Oversee performance management frameworks
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures
- Ensure alignment between performance, rewards, and business outcomes
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, or leisure)
- Strong understanding of high-volume, customer-facing workforce environments
- Experience managing multi-site or regional operations
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
